lunchtime treat: eggs sunny side up, avocado and vegetarian ‘bacon’ on toast…
wait, VEGETARIAN BACON?
that’s right, honey!
to make vegetarian ‘bacon’ you can simply mix together this and that. It is very adaptable, but here is what I used:
- thai coconut flesh
- soy sauce
- maple syrup
- coconut oil
