smoothie bowl recipe

This morning, I decided to try something new for breakfast. I threw this and that together to make a revolutionary smoothie bowl. Great way to sneak in fruit and vegetables! Remember that you can change the recipe as you like, but here is how I threw it together:

Simply blend:

  • frozen banana
  • full-cream milk
  • frozen berries of choice (I used the few frozen blueberries left and then mostly frozen raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 handfuls spinach

Sprinkle on top:

  • dessicated coconut
  • chia seeds
  • turmeric powder
  • rasperries
  • cinamon

Dig in!
